1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to artimasi websites, software, demonstrations, consulting, pilots, and related services operated by ARTIFICIAL AUTOMATION SYSTEM, registration number 202603030499 (IP0619677-H), Malaysia. By using a service or accepting an order, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific order or subscription terms.
2. Services and availability
Our services may include AI software, automation consulting, document-processing tools, engineering simulation tools, and digital products. Product descriptions, availability, features, and limits may change. Beta and pilot services may be incomplete and may be changed or discontinued.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, billing, and project information.
- Use the services lawfully and only with data and materials you are authorised to use.
- Review outputs and maintain appropriate human oversight before relying on them.
- Keep account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, billing frequency, taxes, usage limits, and payment terms will be shown on the applicable pricing page, order, or invoice. A quote is not binding until accepted by both parties. We may suspend access for overdue or disputed amounts after reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual property
We retain rights in our software, models, documentation, designs, and pre-existing materials. Subject to payment and these Terms, customers receive only the access or licence expressly described in the applicable order. Customers retain rights in their submitted materials and are responsible for having permission to submit them.
6. Disclaimers
Services and outputs are provided for the purposes described in the applicable product materials. Engineering simulation results are preliminary and require qualified engineering review and physical qualification testing before final approval. AI outputs may be inaccurate and require review. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific result.
7. Liability and termination
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each party is responsible for its own obligations and losses caused by its breach. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, misuse, security risk, or non-payment. On termination, rights to use paid services end except where an order states otherwise.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Contact us first at sing@artimasi.com so we can try to resolve a dispute.
